Women Rainmakers Roundtable

The Women Rainmakers Roundtable helps successful women lawyers like you become successful rainmakers. Each Roundtable is limited to 25 talented women partners. Since 1997, the Roundtable has helped almost 300 women partners achieve their business development goals.

In these difficult economic times, maintaining and growing your book of business is more important than ever.  History shows that there is no more important time for you to hone your marketing skills and expand your network than during an economic downturn. Doing so positions you to reap substantial rewards when the economy improves.  The Women Rainmakers Roundtable is a proven program to help you do all these things.

The Roundtable is a two-year, comprehensive coaching program that will help you build your book of business by:
  • Focusing your business development efforts
  • Honing your marketing skills
  • Maintaining marketing momentum
  • Expanding your referral network
  • Increasing your confidence as a business developer

Roundtable Results
In surveys of Roundtable members, virtually all respondents have said that their goals for participating in the Roundtable have been met. Even more impressive, 70% reported that their books of business had grown significantly as a result of their participation. Increases ranged from 10% to more than 300%, with an average increase of 85%. Roundtable members attribute these results to the program’s structure, practicality, and content-rich sessions, as well as the encouragement of their fellow Roundtable members who support them in the execution of their business development goals.
